Terroir

Steep slopes exceeding a 45% gradient, with shallow granitic soils, planted with traditionally goblet‑trained old vines over 75 years old.

Vinification

The winemaking combines 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed grapes, with a few days of semi‑carbonic maceration followed by fermentation in 45 hL truncated conical wooden vats.

Vintage

2023 - BIO

A sunny, dry vintage. A spring and summer marked by intense heat led to an early harvest at the end of August. The grapes, picked at full ripeness, produced rich, deep wines.
