Préambulle is a natural sparkling rosé.
The first cuvée made from resistant grape varieties that require no treatment, it is a blend of Voltis (white grape variety) and Artaban (red grape variety).

Viticulture

The vines are grown without any chemical treatments.

Vinification

Direct pressing and 50% alcoholic fermentation in amphora at 16°C. Fermentation stopped by lowering temperature to 4/6°C, then bottled. Natural reactivation of yeasts in spring as temperature rises. Appearance of carbon dioxide “trapped” in the bottle. Disgorging and levelling of bottles.

2023

2023 was a vintage with ample sunshine. Both spring and summer were extremely hot, resulting in an early harvest at the end of August. The grapes reached optimal ripeness, showcasing a remarkable concentration of fruit.
