Each dish by Chef Allan Ozier is crafted in perfect harmony with Château de Poncié wines. A glass of wine accompanies every course. 

  • Aperitif: Fresh herb tempura with seasonal flowers  

  • Starter: Grilled asparagus / Langoustines / Miso / Wild fennel  

  • Amuse-bouche: Lamb berlingot wrapped in vine leaf  

  • Main course: Veal with peas / Stuffed zucchini flower / Sheep’s cheese / Vegetable jus  

  • Dessert: Strawberries / Cheesecake / Rice paper / Meringue

Allan Ozier, a Beaujolais-based chef, honed his skills in both gastronomic and bistronomic restaurants such as EMA and Jaja Power. His seasonal cuisine highlights raw, local ingredients, elevated through creative pairings and refined presentation.
